Terms of Sale

Placing an order for products means that you are offering to purchase that product on and subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. All purchasers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Aunt Granny's. Placement of an order indicates that you represent and warrant (1) that all of the information that you provide to Aunt Granny's is true and accurate; (2) that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order; and (3) that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered. All orders placed on this Website are subject to (1) product availability; and (b) Aunt Granny's confirmation of the order quantity and price. Aunt Granny's retains the right to refuse any orders. The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Product shipment may vary according to availability and is subject to any delays resulting from postal delays, holidays, or other unforeseen situations beyond our control for which Aunt Granny's will not be responsible.

Pricing and Availability

Errors in product details, descriptions,  and prices may occur despite efforts to ensure accuracy. Aunt Granny's should be contacted as soon as an error is realized, and within 10 days of purchase, you will have the option of either reconfirming your order or canceling it. If you cancel the order after you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a refund of the difference in error or a full refund for the unopened and unused product (s). Delivery costs are in addition to product prices.

Returns and Refunds

 Aunt Granny's offers full refunds for any products purchased that are unopened and/or unused within the last 10 days or for damaged products within 72 hours of receipt.  Any refund requests made after 10 days of purchase or after 72 hours of receipt for damaged items will not qualify for a refund. Arbitration

In the event, the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other comfort, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration according to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrators' award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. If any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims regarding these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Invalidity
