CARRIER OILS

Listed here are the carrier oils found in my products and the benefits they may have on our bodies.  While numerous studies have been made on these carrier oils, more studies are needed.

There is a tremendous amount of information available in books and the internet about the benefits of these oils and I encourage you to research them for yourself.  This page is designed to give you a short version of the ones I use. Be sure to keep checking back as this list is a work in progress and will definitely grow.

Organic Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil has had thousands of studies done on it's healing properties.   This oil may help in fighting bacteria, repairing and building muscles, helping to reduce the risk of heart disease, slowing memory loss, and reducing stress.

Cera Alba

A more common name is Beeswax. It is one of the most multipurpose substances on the planet, used in many products with countless benefits.  It is known for fighting bacteria, keeping your skin hydrated and healthy, â€‹healing wounds, and preventing the growth of bacteria,

Beeswax is hypoallergenic and makes for an ideal cosmetic ingredient, even for those prone to allergic reactions.

​It is vitamin-rich, containing vitamin A and the power to support the turnover and reconstruction of skin cells.​

Olive Oil Pomace

This olive oil is from the first press and is of top quality.  It is a very good moisturizer because it can hold moisture close to the skin and forms a breathable film to prevent loss of internal moisture.  Olive oil does not block the natural functions of the skin. Being a natural product the coloring of products it is used in can change from batch to batch.

Hemp Seed Oil

This oil comes from the seeds of the hemp plant.  It has health characteristics that may help with moisturizing the skin, soothing the skin of inflammation, and reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
