ESSENTIAL OILS

Listed here are the essential oils found in my products and the benefits they may have on our bodies.  While numerous studies have been made on essential oils many conclude that more studies are needed.

There is a tremendous amount of information available in books and the internet about the benefits of essential oils and I encourage you to see for yourself.  This page is designed to give you a short version of the ones I use. Be sure to keep checking back as this list is a work in progress and will definitely grow.

Spike Lavender

Lavender Essential Oil is the most commonly used oil.  There are over twenty different species of Lavender. This species of lavender is known to help in:

  • Relieving Respiratory Problems

  • Easing Stress and Anxiety

  • Preventing Infections

  • Healing Wounds

  • Reducing Muscle and Joint Pain

  • Providing Peaceful Sleep

Lemongrass

Lemongrass is a grassy plant used in herbal medicine. This essential oil has a powerful, citrus scent and may help in:
