For Relaxing and Sleeping ~ Massage a small amount into feet and back of your neck.
For Stress and Headaches ~ Massage a small amount on the back of your neck at the base of your skull, on your forehead, and temples.  Be careful not to get in your eyes.
For Muscle Cramps ~ Apply a small amount to the affected area.
